Nice Red Velvet Cake by A Slice Of Heaven, Just Heavenly

Tried a few slices of cakes by A Slice Of Heaven bought in Pavillion, the best is the red velvet cake! Love the softness of the cake and the cheese topping is yummy yummy! The other two is strawberry cheesecake and peach gateaux. Err, so so. Didn't really like the peach one, it's very custardish, feels soggy. Although I love peach.

Nice Lamb Burgers @ Fatboy's Burger, Solaris Dutamas (Publika)

When it first opened, I see not much people eating, and now, each weekend that I go to Publika, it's definitely crowded, so you know how good it is!

Ample choices in the menu, you can even customize your own burger.

Creamy chocolaty chocolate milkshake

We tried the 'fat basterd' which is double layer of patties with egg and cheese. Swiss Shroom and one more I forgot what. Wimpy I think. Can't really remember. All i remember is we tried all three beef, lamb and pork patties. And the conclusion is, the only patty that is nice is - lamb. >.<" The pork and beef patty taste 'rough', tasteless. But the lamb one is total goodness! And the fries are addictive.

The portion is big. 5 of us were full (all girls though) with only 3 burgers. I can't imagine how one girl can finish the whole plate by herself. Guys definitely can.

And do you know that Publika is the air-conditioned mall whereas those shoplots surrounding it is not Publika but Solaris Dutamas? Many of my friends didn't know that. But we often just call the whole building Publika. So much easier. There's nothing much to shop there. Mainly eateries, coffee places. I love the courtyard area. It would be lovely to have weekly flea markets there.

Hakka Phood @ Chan Kee/Chuan Kee 泉记, Jalan Pudu Ulu

One of the few nice Hakka restaurants that I've been to in KL. You can find most Hakka dishes here, Yong Tau Foo, wu tao kao yuk (Braised pork with yam), steamed chicken etc.

Clockwise from top left: Half number of steamed 'choi yuen' chicken, yong tau foo, steamed fish in ginger and garlic paste, and stir fried eggplant with snake bean. Yummy yummy!

I believe this shop has been here for years. Many, many years. By looking at the row of shoplots that it's located at.

Best Pumpkin Soup (So Far) @ En Ginza Cafe, Pavillion

I've savored the best pumpkin soup N years ago in Sunway Hotel's coffee house, creamy pumpkin soup, not too thick, perfect. Then I couldn't find a better one anymore.

And now, I found it!

Yes! At En Ginza Cafe, Pavillion shopping mall. Though a little thicker than my preference, the taste is awesome. All four of us were like *thumbs up*.

En Ginza is a Japanese cafe, specializing in pastries and breads, and most teens will be attracted by its Hello Kitty latte.

 Left: Pumpkin Soup
Right: 2 different types of breads available, the white one is cheese, the other one i don't know :p

Clockwise from top left: Iced green tea latte, cappucino, hot green tea latte and my supposed-to-be-hello-kitty latte =( And then I saw the next table got hello kitty latte. Why you no give me hello kitty latte? =(

When I enter the shop I saw this and I really thought it was green apple. No, it's green apple buns! So real!

I was fascinated by this taste. It's blackberry tart. I am awed by the time they use to place the berries. *bow*

This is one of the many coffee places you can find in KL, moreover in Pavillion itself there are so many. One of the attraction is definitely the pastries.
