Seafood @ Restoran Lung Seng, Tanjung Tualang

My friend introduced this place to us for dinner on one of my weekend trip to Kampar few weeks back. Tanjung Tualang is a place about 30 minutes from Kampar. My friend said it is before Ipoh. We went there after a day trip up to Cameron Highlands.

There are a few tanks outside the restaurant with prawns inside. My friend said they are famous for their steamed prawns. Full of freshness and sweetness.

Yes, fresh, but not cheap though. Overall the food is good. Yummy. We wanted to order lala/clams but they don't have clams, the boss said that because clams are not guaranteed fresh so they don't serve them.

We ordered:
Deep fried calamari (RM12) - erm, so so, the best i had was in Pulau Ketam Kim Hoe!
Fresh steamed prawns (M-L size, RM80!) Erm, super sweet and fresh but not that cheap afterall. You can choose (S-M sizes of prawns or M-L sizes of prawns)
Sweet Sour crab (RM38.50) - Not very meaty crabs :(
5 nos of bun (RM3.50)
Claypot fish (RM32) - I think it was "Sek Ban" fish. Goes well with rice.
Stir Fried Yau Mak (RM5)

The bill came up to RM181.30 for 5 person. Erm, average pricing. Wouldn't categorize it as cheap.
